Eagle Seal | J01 Dry Gas Seal

The J01Dry Gas Seal is an advanced sealing solution engineered for high-speed centrifugal compressors and demanding industrial applications. Unlike conventional mechanical seals, it operates without liquid lubrication, using a controlled gas film to create a non-contact sealing interface.
With operating limits up to 1.5 MPa pressure, speeds of 25 m/s, and temperatures ranging from -20°C to +260°C, this seal is designed to perform reliably under extreme conditions. The spiral groove technology ensures the formation of a stable gas film that significantly reduces friction, wear, and energy loss.
Constructed with high-performance materials such as silicon carbide, carbon, and advanced secondary sealing options including VITON, PTFE, EPDM, and Kalrez, the J01 Dry Gas Seal delivers exceptional durability, chemical resistance, and long service life in critical operations.
