Eagle Seal | B02 Dry Gas Seal

The B02 Dry Gas Seal is an advanced cartridge-type sealing solution designed for centrifugal compressors operating under medium to high pressure conditions. It utilizes non-contact dry gas seal technology to create a stable gas film between sealing faces, eliminating the need for liquid lubrication and significantly reducing wear and energy loss.
With operating limits up to 3.3 MPa pressure, speeds up to 25 m/s, and temperatures ranging from -20°C to +260°C, the B02 is engineered for reliable performance in demanding industrial environments. Its cartridge design simplifies installation, improves alignment accuracy, and reduces maintenance downtime.
Constructed with high-performance materials such as carbon and silicon carbide, along with advanced secondary sealing options including VITON, PTFE, EPDM, and Kalrez, the B02 delivers excellent durability, chemical resistance, and long service life in continuous-duty compressor applications.
